I just wanted to give a shout out for this recipe. I used it to cover the cake board on my most recent cake, and not only was it really easy to work with (for a fondant newbie), it was delicious as well. So much so, that I let the kids at the party tear off some and try it and they DESTROYED my cake board! They were eating the fondant off the board instead of eating their cake! It was like watching hyenas feeding on a downed gazelle. Will definitely use this recipe from now on!
