Hi there! I have a customer requesting a coffee cake for a tiered cake. Anyone have any or recipes they would like to share?

I got a new tablet and I don't know how to copy links yet -- but if you look up cinnamon sour cream coffee cake you will get several recipes - it is a classic - can't go wrong with it - just be sure you make it more last minute so it's super fresh - i mean i never tried to freeze it so test that out first - it goes against the grain to freeze it unless you can microwave it - just my way of thinking -

So would a coffee cake be something that would have to be made the day before? I've never made a coffee cake so I'm not to sure if it will be ok for a Tiered cake. 

i mean depends on what kind of coffee cake -- if you're doing one made with a danish dough or from a batter like the cinnamon sour cream cake or a crumb/fruit kuchen idk you gotta decide what kind of coffee cake they are expecting there's 10,000 choices and then big decisions to make after that
