Hello! I decorate cookies at a bakery, and use icing made of only egg whites and powdered sugar. My problem is when I drop wet icing into wet icing, it often dries with blurred edges, not the crisp look I was used to when using meringue based royal icing. Is there anything I can add to prevent the blurred edges? I would add a picture here, but new to CC and have no idea how to do this. Tia!
