no i don't have a recipe -- just wanted to be sure that you know this filling will need to be kept at 41 degrees or below and handled carefully to ensure safety for all the guests -- cream cheese can become a hazardous ingredient even if it still tastes fine -- it can only be out of temperature for a few hours and remain safe
there are shelf stable recipes and products available -- you could combine two store bought sleeve fillings for example -- a pineapple and a cream cheese -- but you'll want to test it in advance to make sure it combines well without weeping --
