i have a question about Wilton color mist. I'm getting some of the gold color mist to use on cupcakes but I wanted to know if anyone has ever used it on white chocolate? I do not mean to mix it in, I mean after the chocolate is set and out of the molds can you spray it on the white chocolate to give it a gold finish? I'm asking because the description says to use on cakes, icing ect..but doesn't mention candy but I found another spray called chefmaster edible gold spray that does specifically mention for chocolates and candy, it is however double the price as the Wilton's color mist. So I guess I'm basically asking if anyone has used the Wilton color mists on white chocolate candy successfully? I don't mind spending the extra money on the more expensive one but don't want to do that if it isn't necessary.
