I  am new to baking and I was watching several videos on how to make white chocolate buttercream. Some of them used the whisk attachment and some used the paddle attachment  (I dont know which one to use). Which gives you the better frosting?

FYI....In the past I have posted several questions and have recieved excellent answers but I am not able to respond by saying thank you because I always get an error that says "could not verify human". But I have no trouble posting a question so THANKS IN ADVANCE for everyone's answer to my question.

Thanks

I wouldn't be able to get a whisk attachment through my buttercream so I always use the paddle attachment.

The paddle is better as you don't want to incorporate air bubbles into your icing. But if you have a standard mixer and no other attachment it works too. Just take a large spoon or something similar and mix it the old fashioned way (by hand) until air bubbles are gone.
