Hi- Can someone please tell me what they charge for cheesecake bars? Does anyone have a fool proof recipe? I have never done an order before and i have a customer wanting 75 of them. I was thinking of making 3 different kinds- oreo, nutella, and raspberry white choc.  Not so sure what size to even cut them for individual servings.
