Looks Easy, But I'm Not Sure What's The Best Way To Do This Cake Design. Please Help!

What would you use to create the butter cream design on this cake?  I know!  It looks easy, but I must be over thinking it.  I need your ideas!!!!  TIA!

If you scroll down about a little 'll see the two tier cake  I'm thinking they are using the tip of the round spatula to do it.  What do you think?

I did a four tier one of these recently - I just used the tip of a small offset spatula, worked a treat!

Yep - a small offset spatula with a rounded end will do the trick.
