I am wondering if anyone has ordered the digital (pdf) Cake Central Magazine.  I ordered it three days ago via shopify.com (that's the only way the magazines were offered), paid with a credit card, and received a message that within moments my download would be sent to my inbox.  Well....I'm still waiting for it!  I have sent three messages to their contact email and have gotten NO RESPONSE!  The download isn't in my inbox, or my trash, or my junk, or my spam, or anywhere...

Has anybody had this issue and if so, how did you get it resolved?  Thanks!

Oh...and my credit card already shows the purchase, but the order says "unfulfilled" ...

Well, before the update, there were a lot of people posting about not getting their subscriptions and special book they ordered. For some it took a year just to get it. I can no longer find those threads to post a link to them for you. Craftybanana2, I was afraid of something like that.  I wish I had done more research!  If I can't get it to work, and work properly, I'll just cancel the order with my credit card company and forget about it.  Thanks!
