Hey out there! Does anyone know how to make the traditional MMF into a chocolate MMF? I searched in the recipes and found a quick pour chocolate fondant, but not for the classic consistency. My hubby is a chocolate freak and I'd love to do something with MMF for his bday coming up in a week...much thanks!

PS - this is such an awesome site!!!!!

I just add melted chocolate to the mixture before adding powdered sugar. I haven't measured... just to taste. My guess is two tablespoons, but I'm not sure. You may have to add a little extra sugar .Good luck!

This is not my recipe or words....but I saved them from another post once. I've made it and it's very good!

For Chocolate Marshmallow Fondant:
Add 1 oz melted chocolate.
1 tbsp cocoa powder to the basis recipe.
Chocolate fondant..........I add good quality chocolate to my marshmallow fondant. I prefer Lindt or Ghirardelli. It just makes it taste better. I want everything to be palate pleasing. You can add candy melts if you so choose. There is nothing wrong with that at all. Just depends on your taste buds.
