Hi. What is the best icing to use to pipe onto ganache? Alternatively has anyone tried using edible paints on ganache? Also, I need to make the cake in advance then freeze it, will I be ok to do the piping before putting the cake in the freezer? I won't have time to do any decorating once it's defrosted (it's for my wedding cake). Any tips and hints welcomed. Thank you!
