Looks like a 12" , 10", 8" and 6" configuration and would serve 85 guests if it were me

Agree with rswift90. They also look like 5" tiers.

Agree 6/8/10/12. Its a wedding cake, so you would use the standard serving size, which yields 130 servings from this configuration.
