I need to make a bunch of coconut for sunday for mini cupcake samples im taking to an expo. Can i toast the batch of coconut tomorrow and store in air tight container until saturday? Will it still be crisp or will it get soft?
I toasted some coconut a week ago to put over ice-cream (I eat itdaily )and just kept it uncovered in a bowl on the counter. It is still quite crispy. Hope that helps!
