I have a cake due on Saturday (delivering Saturday a.m.). Normally, I would start the baking/decorating process on Thursday after work, however, I won't be able to work on it tomorrow, so I made my buttercream and got all of my decorations ready to go. I baked the cake and intend to crumb coat it tonight. How should I go about keeping it until Friday when I can put my final BC layer on and decorate?
Wrap it up and pop it in the freezer, it should be absolutely fine. :)
