Does anyone know what tip is used to make this sort of flower?

a rose tube -- held so the petals close in rather than out as they do when piping a rose

It is probably done with a 104 tip and like k8memphis says hold so petals close in.

Looks like these are closed mums. I agree a 104 tip.

The flowers looks like ranunculus. Like the others said I think the rose tip is used.
