Does anyone out there know the exact rules on "registering" a home based bakery business in the state of Ohio?  I'm currently following all the cottage industry laws, but haven't had a lot of luck trying to figure out if registering anything with the state (or whoever you're supposed to talk to) as an LLC or sole proprietorship is necessary if you're just small scale and selling using the cottage food laws......  any help is appreciated!!   thanks! 

I am in Ohio also...Greenville....I use the cottage laws and bake from my home but I have never been able to find a place to register or file an application.
