Avantco, Anyone Have One. Business Is Going And I Need A Bigger Mixer!!

I just moved into a commercial kitchen. fist week was great but I am realizing two KitchenAids are not going to cut it.

Has anyone used an Avantco? I know Hobart is the best but just can't swing $2000 right now.

What do you use?

i have a 12 qt univex that i love -- i'm sure the avantco is fine -- i think i have an avantco fridge
