I am participating in my first vendor event and I'm not sure how much to bring with me. I will be selling cookies, cupcakes and cake pops. The event is expected to get a rather large turn out. I don't want to have an empty table, or bring a ton back.. What do you guys think?

Without knowing much about your area, how long has this event been in existance, the weather in your area, is it indoors or outside?  how hot? etc, etc it's very hard to suggest.

How many different items do you think you can make?  Maybe make one or two recipes of each thing.  It is better to sell out then to end up bringing home tons of leftovers.
