How many servings was it?  Was the saddle made of cake as well?

25 sservings, no the saddle was made from rct, modeling chocolate and fondant.

$80.00 it was first saddle and I wasn't sure how well it would turn out.

$250 to $300 or $10-$11 a serving whichever is more

So basically you paid the person to make the cake!

Honestly you should have easily charged $10 per serving for the amount of detail work that was involved.
