I am making a wedding shower cake for someone and the photo they gave me is a modern looking cake, the cake is fairly simple with three balls attached to side of second question is could they be styrofoam covered in fondant? I'm just not sure what they are...

they're on fb, instagram, pinterest and their blog -- i can't find the cake -- but yes you could cover styrofoam or use cake/brownies or rice krispy treats -- i noticed balls on the flamingo cake those are possibly covered with fondant and dusted with luster dust -- could be malted milk balls or fudge or any other kind of candy or solid fondant too or could be chocolate

zillions of possibility
