I am attempting my very first "shape" cake. A client wants an anchor cake that she found on Pinterest by Cakerbelle. I am REALLY nervous about cutting my cake to size, and I'm soooo afraid I'm going to mess something up! Does anyone have any tips or pointers on cutting cake to a particular shape?
