you just have to wing this -- i mean depends on how much icing you plan to put on there -- anywhere from 1-4 tablespoons and what is the yield of your recipe -- hard to say, amberscott -- how many cupcakes you gotta make?

150. It has been a while since I made cupcakes though... so I was trying to cup up with a rough estimate of how many cups of icing I will need... I usually am a little heavy and like a big swirl on each cupcake.

3-4 normal batches give or take -- I really hate to stop & make more so I make more than necessary but if you're trying to cut it close -- make one batch and count how many cupcakes got covered and write it down -- do the math for the remainder

I use 20g on 95mm size cupcakes and 30g on the bigger once (think they are 110mm). For mini cupcakes it's about 12g but all depending on what design you want. The measurements above I made for simple swirls being sick and tired of having too much icing or - even worse- not enough!
