Are There Business Plans Out There Specifically For Bakeries??

Hi,
I am looking to write a business plan. With a business I had, I had one done, including a market analysis, but I don't have that kind of money to spend someone else doing it for me with two kids still in college. And I am not going to go back to school to take marketing/accounting /etc classes. I already took all of those in college a long time ago, and they had exactly zero relevance to the businesses I own. (Just my opinion: I'm always surprised when people tell prospective business owners to take college classes - I found them to be totally useless when dealing with my small business.)
I'm really looking for a specific plan and some ideas on doing my own market analysis. I have an idea of the median income where I live (very low,) where I teach (a little higher,) and then 1/2 hour from there (much, much higher.) Also, I have many friends and family in Vermont, where, if we moved, I could bake out of my home without a commercial kitchen, and my sister just bought a home over there, and I have a lot of friends there, and I love it, so I would like to explore the markets there too.
If anyone has any knowledge of this I would appreciate some direction.
Thanks much,
Nancy

Thanks, K8. Good place to start. I've been reading lots of stuff about costs, but I really am interested in the marketing analysis since costs are so different depending on where you are.
