I am making a quote for a stacked book cake for the first time and not sure what to do!! It only needs to feed 12 people, but the customer is willing to have it bigger than needed. I'm not sure what size cake to make that will still be a 'book' size. Help please!

Why don't you choose the correct size book you have in mind, measure it and then calculate how much cake you will need? Books come in lots of different sizes, and so long as you scale them correctly, you could make the cake for 12 or 12,000!

Thanks for the reply! You're right, I think my nerves made me over complicate the situation. Lol
