I know that this has probably been discussed before, but I can't seem to find threads on it.  Can MMF be used to make flowers like regular fondant.  Will it dry hard or will it not maintain it's shape?

You need to add gumpaste (50/50 mix of Gumpaste and MMF) or Tylose for it to dry hard.  I make my own MMF and add either gumpaste or Tylose to it in order to dry it hard.
