I need a little advice.  I'm not really a baker who uses extreme elements but this is for my niece so I want to give it a shot.  I've seen on a few episode of cake boss where they have used a pump to pump chocolate syrup and water.  My niece wants a Willy Wonka cake and she wants it to have the chocolate river on it.  I was thinking about rigging it with a pump to make the rive actually flow.  My question is, Is there a certain type pump I'd have to use or would any do?  It would only be a 2 tiered cake.

Small size will be the problem. I imagine you will need to just use chocolate fountain parts? And, of course, how thick the liquid is.

Maybe just a small "bubbler" for the kid who went under? For that, check out aquarium pumps and tubing.
