How do you color your SMBC...do you start by adding white color to it?  I am having trouble getting a true color.

I find it difficult to color it in an intense, deep color too.

What I found is, when I'm adding the gel color to the meringue it normally gives me a better result, but it's always difficult to judge how much gel or powder to add.

Interested to hear what others do...

i airbrush my smbc with great results in the darker more vibrant colors but smbc leans more toward a water color vibe even if it is a deeper color
