I have a ton a questions about bettercreme I can now get it in the whipped form.  One question is can you add pudding to favor it and if you can do you have to refrigerate then?  I know Mel is the expert on this but it looks like she hasn't posted for awhile so not sure if she is around.

Thanks!

It's been many yrs since I have used it and then not the already whipped but here's my opinion:   It might make it gritty if you use the pudding dry added to the already whipped Bettercreme.  Why not try adding a tablespoon of dry pudding to about 1/2 cup of the whipped to see for yourself.  I feel one would not have to frig it once mixed due to the high sugar content of the whipped part and what's in the sugar.    Hope that helps :)

I am trying to find a bettercreme post from Melvina but for some reason I can't find it when I search.  It had different recipes for bettercreme.
