I have a sea blue icing & a white, do you think I should start with the blue & add green to it or just start with white??

i could get to teal from any color blue so i'm sure you could too -- it's just blue and green -- 'sea blue' sounds a little teal-ish anyhow  -- some colors are very difficult to mix -- teal is easy -- should be fine --

i recommend that you start with a small amount of icing and test it out -- add white to thin the color if necessary -- add more color to the larger amount when you hit it --

best to you

I'm not fond of Wilton stuff, but I do think their teal is a lovely color.
