AI know this is probably an issue for customer service, I have already contacted them and am awaiting a reply. However, I was wondering if any of you have had this problem. My brand-new Dinkydoodle airbrush chirps and the lights on both the plug and the unit blink. It won't turn on. :( was going to use it for my son's birthday cupcakes today.

Where are you based?  And where did you buy it from? 

AI bought it through Amazon. I am based in the United States.

AYep, i bought one in August last year for an extra special cake. Turned it on and it stayed on for about 4 seconds and cut out. I was devastated as i only had 2 days to complete a massive fire truck. I contacted the company i bought it from and returned it. They replaced it with another and it was really noisy and didn't have regular air flow so returned that and got my money back. I borrowed someone elses and was able to finish my cake luckily and it worked no problem. I know of another person who got one at the same time who also had a faulty one. I ended up buying a different one from an auto place (it is food safe).

Thanks for the warning. I definitely will not buy one of those!!!
