I'm thinking of covering a chocolate cake with chocolate fondant. I use Liz's recipe for Marshmallow fondant and I love it. Now I'm thinking of making it chocolate. This time I want to use chocolate marshmallows and use Wilton's chocolate fondant in place of regular fondant she puts in the recipe. Anyone tried this or has anyone tried Wilton's chocolate fondant?

Haven't tried the chocolate marshmallows, but I can tell you that the Wilton chocolate fondant is delicious.  That said, it's softer than the original Wilton, so I'd add in at least a teaspoon of tylose to the recipe.

Ok, thank you! I'm going to try it tonight. I bought the chocolate fondant and some chocolate/vanilla marshmallows. Hopefully it will turn out, that chocolate fondant is expensive!
