AThis is probably a silly question, but I'll ask anyways. I have some frozen vanilla American buttercream and was wondering if I can add some powdered cocoa to it. (Thawed of course) thanks!
That's exactly how I make chocolate buttercream. Thin your icing with some liquid (milk, water, etc.) and add cocoa to taste. You'll probably need more than you think is necessary. Enjoy the tasting!
But I don't complain about butter (in anything).
