AI'm going to be teaching a small class at my kid's co-op. I bought the big tub of icing at Sam's. My question is, will it be ready to use out of the tub? I've never used it before. I will not have access to my mixer. Will the icing be okay for cupcake decorating? I already turned the big tub into the co-op during registration, so I can not open it and check.

AUse straight out of the bucket. Very easy to spread and use. Just like butterflies.
