Is This Stealing?

I searched photos yesterday and I came across a few posts about people stealing someone else's photos. I don't steal photos but I do use photos I have seen on here to recreate cakes as practice. Is that considered stealing? I hope not. I just have very little imagination and like the designs I see here. It is strictly for practice. I don't sell anything.

it's not stealing even if you sold them -- it's ok --

"stealing" photos is when a person copies a cake photo and then posts/publishes it, claiming it as their own creation.

If you are going to take a photo and try to recreate the cake to sell to someone it is polite to ask the origional decorator for permission..in my opinion anyway. Most of them take it as flattery and are  more than happy for you to recreate their work.
