Go to youtube and type in Frozen cake. I see a couple of videos where they show how to make cakes similar. Good luck!! I am sure others here will have more suggestions for you.

I would make a a couple of square cakes maybe at 12 inch, and ten inch, depending on how big you want it to be. cut in half.  Fill and stack the 12, put supports and a cake board, fill and stack 10 then just carve desired shape.  You could add the scraps on top of the ten to give it more height.  I would ganache, fondant and then add the coloring with probably petal dust or  diluted wilton gel colors, since I don't have an airbrush.  I would also add luster dust to give  a sheen.  There looks like there is lighting in the back but I can't really see it.  Lots of tutorials on line to do olaf and figures if you are making them by hand.  If so use fondant and gum paste so they will harden.
