I'm just curious, when you receive inquiries from customers, how do you respond?

I want to reply to each email in a nice business-professional manner, without sounding so serious. if that makes any sense

Depends on my mood.

I'm always professional but if I try to match the tone of their email. Someone filling out a form on my website with the bare bones info will get a different response than someone who writes me a novel and gives me way too much info from the start. If you match their tone it works fine.
