I have been getting an ad for Free Cake Sketcher on the side bar here.  Has anybody used it? I went and had a look and it looks good but I'm a little unsure if this for real or not.

I like the site. I have used it many times. I like it for determining different combos of pan sizes for a particular # of servings and I use it to determine how much ribbon I need as well.

The cake sketcher is nice to get an idea of how the sizes of tiers look when stacked. It is especially helpful if you are trying to mix different shapes in a tiered cake.

Right now you can only print it out to draw on decorations.  It would be more useful if you could export it as a .jpg to add items to in Photoshop, but for now you can do a print screen and paste it into photoshop. I requested that feature to the support team, and they responded, saying that it might be something they do in a future update.

It's free to join, so go over and play around with the site. It has several things that are useful.
