AI have a quick question. Which is better or which do you prefer for flavouring and value LorAnn Oils/LorAnn Emulsions(I dont know the difference in these to be honest) OR Beau flavouring? I would be using for cakes and buttercream and maybe to flavour ganache
Never heard of Beau flavoring.
flavorings, oils and emulsions do different things.
Oils I only use for candy.
Flavorings I use for frostings and washes. The potency of flavorings diminish with heat.
Emulsions I use for cake.
That said, I also use what's in the cabinet.
