AI have a quick question in regards to cupcake bouquets. How are they best stored? The client wants them in a standard 6" clay pot. I just don't want the cupcakes to dry out. Thank you for advice!!

I would cover the whole surface of each cupcake with a thin layer of buttercream before you pipe onto them which will help stop the cake being exposed to air. When you've assembled, place in a box and wrap this box in clingfilm twice to get it airtight.
