Has anyone had help with flavor menu set up? rotating flavors...what flavors to sell together on certain days. Do supply distributors have people that can help?
The store I work at we kind of rotate the gourmet cupcake flavors according to the seasons. We have our basic flavors we carry all of the time Carrot, Red velvet, Oreo, Triple Chocolate. Then seasonal say spring we might do Strawberry, mint with St, Patricks, Orange , ect. hope that helps.
