I want to make a fondant wedge of gorgonzola cheese, I have attached a picture of this type of cheese, I need suggestions as to how to make the black/purplish spots/streaks, I was thinking food color and toothpick, but I don't know, also what color do you suggest I use for the wax wrapping ivory or brown maybe? any suggestions?.....
