AHello all!!! Was just wondering if I cam use a mix of dark and milk chocolate to make a batch of ganache?? Wondering if people might find just the dark to bitter??
AI do a mixture of half milk and half dark chocolate for ganache with no problems.
Awhat I did once (and will never do again) is mix different leftover chocolate from different companies. the ganache did not mix properly and was a big mess. I later learned that you need to use similar products for a successful ganache.
