Hi

My mother is having an 66th Birthday Party and I want to do something different. I want to do chocolate covered strawberries and other things covered in chocolate. I would like to flavor the the actual melted chocolate. For example.. a strawberry covered with white chocolate flavored with LorAnn strawberry and kiwi, or an chocolate covered banana with peanut butter flavoring.

I hope these ideas are doable.......PLEASE HELP... THIS NEED TO BE DONE IN 3WEEKS..

It can be done but you need to temper the chocolate and you MUST use an oil based flavoring and NOT a water based flavoring.  Water makes the chocolate seize and destroys it so look through your flavours' ingredient list and anything with water, agua, h20 etcetc must not be used.  Another option could be to dip them in regular chocolate though and sprinkle them with dried-strawberry instead?  Bit of colour, pretty...just an idea.  Good luck :-)
