Whipped Frosting Please!

I am in the search for a good whipped frosting! can i even find one that i can viva paper towel it so it is smooth?

AI can say no for sure! I have decorated and filled all cakes with whipped cream so far.

I use stabilized whip cream. All you have to do to smooth it is use a cut square piece of poster paper. You will be amazed at how smoothly you can get a cake when using poster board. It works like a dream. Whip cream does not crust but you can get it smooth.

ANo paper towel method with WC but can warm up the spatula run it thru and it works smoothly.

AExactly guys I said no about using WC/kitchen paper towel.

The Whimsical Bakehouse house buttercream (amercian version, not the italian meringue one) is an awesome whipped frosting recipe. It's light and airy so does not crust but holds up very well!
