Anyone here has taught classes on fondant cakes and advanced cake decoration, and what would be the rate/fees you charge for classes where you teach one on one to an individual student or a group of 2-3 people?

Classes would possibly incorporate things like covering cakes with fondant, different styles of decoration, including fondant cutouts, stacking tiered cakes, ruffles, and extensive fondant work.
