how long can I keep it in the refrigerator?
do u think the chocolate mousse wouldn't drip off when i am rolling the swiss roll?

My regular chocolate mousse recipe contains raw egg whites... It starts to separate on its own at day four in the fridge... Only known from testing since it never seems to last more than a day or two anyhow...
I think for yours, it would depend on your recipe for the mousse...
