I have come across many recipes for making marshmallow creme, and the easiest I have found is where you take marshmallows and corn syrup, then put it in the microwave. The problem is that I don't have any corn syrup and don't want to go get some, so is there any substitutes that I could use instead?

you could try honey or golden syrup but not so sure if it'll turn out the same...

would you mind posting the recipe? Would love to try the faux imbc, but can't find marshmallow creme...pleerase!

Yeah, it said to have a cup of mini marshmallows and a tbsp of corn syrup and then to microwave the mixture for 30 second, then mix before it finishes cooling. Your welcome!

Thanks. Will actually try with golden syrup since they don't sell corn syrup here. That sounds fairy easy, didn't know I could make my own marshmallow creme
