AHello everyone, I'd like to make a roulade cake roll filled with strawberries and whipped cream. Could I make the cake a day before keep it rolled the fill the next day or will it crack when I try to unroll it?
ANo, in order to prevent the cake from braking, you have to roll it when it's still warm. If done that 100 times since it is a traditional German summer cake
