AI've had some one ask me about doing cupcakes for their wedding. But the way she wants the icing I have never heard of doing before. She's asking if there's a way to make the icing start blue then move to purple then finish pink. The only way I can think to do this is have all the colours swirled together but I don't think that's really what she's asking for. Any ideas out there?

If she is asking for color changing icing, that is one I have never heard of...

If she is asking for a three layered swirl, you can just pipe each part separately I would think...

You could also put all three colors in a bag and have a tri-colored swirl the whole way through... kind of like a tye dye...

I like this method for the edges of roses to be a darker shade.
