I follow this baker and noticed despite MANY and I mean MANY inquiring about what kind of cutter she uses for the numbers she never reveals it (I dont blame her, they're really unique).

So glad to finally solve this mystery...not to figure out if I can purchase them from somewhere for a bit lower price...looking got the alphabets and numbers so becomes quite pricey :(

AI have them and use them ALL the time! Well worth the investment if you have the need. I use her letters as well.
